Hello! My name is Holly Tilden, and I am registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care Counselling from Mount Royal University and a Master of Counselling degree from the University of Calgary. I am also certified in university teaching and learning and am a part-time instructor.

I believe that a good relationship is at the core of counselling. Some of the ways that I think a strong working alliance can be built is through respect, defining and working towards goals together, celebrating successes, and navigating barriers and obstacles in a nonjudgemental, kind way. I strive to bring my authentic self, a strong sense of ethics, a love of learning, and a bit of creativity to my interactions with all people.

I have been involved in the addiction and recovery field for approximately 15 years and have also worked within a variety of programs for vulnerable youth and families. I sincerely enjoy working with all types of populations and concerns, yet I am especially passionate about working with people managing eating disorders, substance-use concerns, conflicts in relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I am actively involved in ongoing research and training to continue to learn evidence-based tools, techniques, and skill building that can help people live their most authentic, joyful life.

It is an honour to live, work, and play on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Iyarhe Nakoda Nations, and the Métis Region 3. I strive to conduct myself in a manner that demonstrates truth and reconciliation. I look forward to meeting you.

Warmly, Holly Tilden (she/her)

Hello, my name is Tzipi Buchman Wildbaum and I am a Registered Psychologist and a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. I have a PhD degree in Clinical Psychology & Addiction, as well as a master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology. My unique qualification and experience in the clinical and health psychology field contributed significantly to my understanding and approach to treatment, viewing the body and mind connected in many ways, and guide me while supporting individuals coping with wide range of psychological and physical conditions such as chronic illnesses. I also offer support for those with loved ones who are coping with psychological and/or physical conditions, as it might leave them exposed to burnout and wide range of emotional and physiological symptoms.

I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space in therapy, and in empowering individuals, helping them to find their own voice and inner strengths. My goal as a therapist is to support individuals in their path in life by fostering optimism, sense of control and passion about living as I believe that everyone deserves to live their life to the fullest.

I believe that mental health is not less important than our physical health, and I have a special interest in combating mental health stigma, which often fosters shame, loss, and avoidance. We are all going through some struggles in life, which I see as special opportunities for personal growth if properly addressed. Over the years I have gained experience working in different countries and cultures, which enriched my knowledge and working tools, and shaped my approach as a therapist who sees clients in their own unique personal and cultural context.

It will be my honor to be the person you decide to bring into your life and the one you trust enough to share your whole world with. It will be my pleasure to build a plan that suits your needs best and to be part of your unique journey.
